Celebrate Christmas in style with a party at Fitzwilliam College. Start the festivities with a glass of Prosecco and canapés, followed by great food and wine, with mince pies and coffee to finish. We have plenty of space for a dance floor if you wish to dance the night away with your own choice of entertainment.

Please note that meals will be served promptly at the above times. A surcharge may be levied if meals served after the above times due to the late arrival of the party.
You are welcome to bring your own disco or live band or alternatively if you would like to add a disco, we can arrange this at an additional cost of £550 (including VAT).
Speeches are permitted at the beginning or at the end of the meal, but not during the meal.
The bar is situated on the ground floor next to the main Dining Hall and is open until 23:30. The bar is not usually open during the day but can be opened by prior request.
Upper Hall — Min 50 guests, max 100 with a disco/band
Dining Hall —Min 80 guests, max 200 guests (150 with a disco/band)
Please discuss table plans with the Events Department before your event.
All drop off and collections by coach will be on Huntingdon Road (not Storey's Way). We offer free parking on site on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is on Huntingdon Road and Storey's Way car parks.
Bedrooms are available to book online at a special discounted rate for Christmas parties. En-suites are available at £59.50 (including VAT) on a B&B basis from 12th to 22nd December (inclusive). Please ask the Events Office for a discount code.
All of dining rooms and reception areas are accessible. We also have wheelchair accessible toilets.
